eFrom temple to homef. 17 priests recite a sutra at each of 760 houses of lay followers.

 

After the service, the Head Priest joins his palms together in front of the hereditary Head Priestsf graves at the shrine place (Gobyo).

 

Many lay followers come with the Head Priest, and recite a sutra together in front of the stupa.
 

Before the evening service, the lanterns are lit and set along the approach to the Buddha Hall.

 

Until the end of the last lay followerfs visit, lanterns are lit.

 


A pair of dodecahedral (12 faceted) paper lanterns are hung from the ceiling of the inner temple in the Buddha Hall.

 

The place of The reliquary house (Jiondo) and the Kasugayama Gagaku Music Hall was decorated with a lot of lanterns.

 

The Gagaku music attracted the visitors to the Kasugayama Gagaku Music Hall.
